Waterproof RV is an Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems brand. We manufacture polyurea — the same chemistry that goes on commercial roofs, in secondary containment, and under truck beds — and Alasta Seal is that chemistry formulated for a structure that flexes constantly and lives outdoors year-round.
Most of our volume on the RV side does not go to individual owners. It goes to dealers with a service drive, rental operators managing a season, parks maintaining long-term units, and mobile techs who need a system that produces the same result on a Class A, a fifth wheel, and a pop-up without carrying three different products.
So the support we offer is aimed there: material, equipment, spec packages a service writer can quote from, and honest answers about which units are worth sealing and which are already past it.
What We Bring to a Shop
For Dealers, Rental Fleets, Parks & Mobile Techs
Dealers. Roof and seal work is high-margin service drive revenue and a real trade-in reconditioning tool. A seamless seal on a used unit before it hits the lot is a documented selling point and removes the most common post-sale complaint.
Rental operators. Cure time is bay time and bay time in season is revenue. Same-day turnaround on a whole-envelope seal is the operational argument, and eliminating scheduled resealing across the fleet is the financial one.
Parks with long-term or park-model units. Units that sit for years accumulate exactly the sealant failures this system removes, and you are usually the one absorbing the resulting damage.
Mobile techs. One system covers every unit type you will roll up to. We can help with rig selection if you are adding plural-component capability.
